What happens when pricing arrives?
Accounts on the free trial will be told before anything changes, and nothing will start charging without you agreeing to it. Self-hosting will be offered later, as a paid option.
What happens when a trial ends without a plan?
Everything keeps working for 30 days, then collection stops. The events and reports are removed 60 days after the trial ends without a plan; your projects and write keys stay.
What counts as an event?
Every event your projects send in a calendar month, counted in UTC. The web SDK's record of how long a page was visible does not count, and nor does anything from a crawler or a headless browser, which is dropped before it is stored. Plans and usage shows the month so far, and each project's share.
What if I send more than my plan's events?
The account's Admins are emailed at 80% and again at 100%. Collection carries on to 120%, then pauses until the first of the next month, or until the account moves to a larger plan. Everything already collected stays.
Which currency will I pay in?
C$ in Canada, € in the EU and US$ elsewhere, plus applicable tax. The billing country decides at checkout.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Every plan is sold monthly or yearly, and a year costs ten months' price.
