Refund policy

Refunds are prorated to the end of the period paid for. If you cancel partway through a month or a year, you get back the share of that period you will not use.

How a refund is paid

To the original payment method, through our payment provider, once the cancellation is made.

The free trial

The free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

An account ended for breaking the Terms

If Deasil ends the service for an account that breaks the Terms, the same prorated refund applies.
